ppgamingpro Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ppgamingpro platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out below. Please read this page carefully before using any part of the platform.
General Rules
What are the general rules and eligibility requirements for using ppgamingpro?
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use ppgamingpro, you must be at least 21 years of age and be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play. By creating an account, you confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. ppgamingpro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance
All transactions on ppgamingpro are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits must be made through the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, and funds are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. ppgamingpro does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Any balance remaining in a closed or suspended account will be handled in line with the platform's account closure procedures.
3. Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All bets placed through the bet section and games accessed via the game lobby or bingo section are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or market at the time of play. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ppgamingpro reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical fault on the platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified random processes, and the platform does not manipulate results in any way. Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing bets, as ppgamingpro is not liable for bets lost or disrupted due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
4. VIP Programme and Loyalty Points
The VIP loyalty programme awards points based on qualifying activity across the platform, including sports betting, game lobby sessions, and bingo participation. Points accumulate toward VIP tier thresholds, and tier benefits are applied automatically once the required threshold is reached within the qualifying period. ppgamingpro reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earn rates, and benefit structures at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly — they serve solely as a measure of tier eligibility. Any abuse of the VIP programme, including collusion between accounts to artificially accumulate points, will result in point forfeiture and possible account suspension. The platform's decision on all VIP programme matters is final.
5. Account Security and Responsible Use
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgamingpro account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it — if you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the platform immediately and change your password without delay. ppgamingpro will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel, and you should not share your login details with any third party. 6. Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in the Philippines and internationally. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ppgamingpro may be used by the platform without obligation or compensation to you. The ppgamingpro brand name and logo are protected marks and may not be used in any context without express written authorisation.
7. Limitation of Liability
ppgamingpro provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. The platform shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ppgamingpro's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players accept that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that ppgamingpro is not responsible for individual gambling outcomes. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering and playing.
8. Changes to These Terms
ppgamingpro reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered members via their account email address. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of ppgamingpro that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting platform support before initiating formal legal proceedings. ppgamingpro's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ppgamingpro with respect to your use of the platform.
